Account Options
The Account Options page can be found by clicking the Setup Icon (little gear on the top left), and then Account Options. Agent and Mortgage/Brokers accounts will see different options, which are discussed below.
AGENTS:


Property Website Default – If your account is set to Fully Automate your properties from the MLS, you can select what default domain name and layout you want for them to automatically be.
Email Notifications – Choose if you want to receive emails from AgentMarketing or not.
Secure Connection – Only applies if you have an IDX on your account. In order for the mobile property search function which centers the map on the user’s location to work, the map must be on a secure connection. It is on by default. Turn this off if you do not wish for user’s to access this function. *If you have purchased a Security Certificate for your domain name, you can ignore this setting.
Chat Controls – Turn on/off the chat feature for your property websites. -Edit the default message, and overall look of the chat
Facebook Apps – Click the first set of eyeballs to install our Listing App to your Facebook business page. It will add a tab to your page that displays your currently active listings (if you have created property websites for them in your account) -Click the second set of eyeballs to install the IDX App to your Facebook business page. (Only if you have the IDX set up for your AgentMarketing account).
NOTE: Facebook has changed their requirements for app installation. You will only be able to install these apps if your page is 2,000 ‘likes’.
Social Media URLs – This is where you will enter the URLs to your various social media accounts. The icons will display on your property websites, personal websites, and blogs. When clicked, it will take a user to the respective site.
Share Image – When you share your personal websites to Facebook or other social media, an image may not generate as a preview for people to click on. Enter the URL for the image you want displayed here. Example:


Purge Expired – Click this button for all of your old, expired property websites to be deleted from the system.
FOR MORTGAGE/BROKER ACCOUNTS:
Global Account Options – This setting controls whether you want to turn on/off you intro pop-up that displays when your agents log into their account
Payment Info Page – On your agents’ property websites, there will be a Payment Info page. You can turn on/off this page, or enter your own URL that you want it to link to when click on. -By default, this page will show the loan scenarios you have input, as well as your banner.
Loan Calculator – These values will be rolled out as the loan payment calculator default values on all your agents property websites.
Banners – Turn your banner on/off from appearing on the Payment Info page and the footer of your agents’ property websites.

Login/Sign Up Widgets – Create a signup widget so agents can sign up for AgentMarketing or log into their exiting account directly from your personal website
