Edit the Search Criteria

By clicking the EDIT icon on the list of existing CMA’s, you can perform the search for comparables over again without deleting all your prior efforts. The EDIT from the existing screen will append any new properties to your existing results.

This differs from creating a new CMA report by going to the PROPERTIES tab and clicking on the CMA icon. You’ll see a warning that a report exists for this property already and proceeding will REPLACE the existing CMA with your new CMA results.

• Click on the Property tab
• Click on Saved CMAs
• Click on Edit next to the CMA you would like to edit

• From here you can edit any of the subject property information and/or comparative listings parameters and MLS numbers.
