Editing Property Info


How to Edit a Property:
- Property tab on the left
- Properties
- Info Icon (the little pencil)
The Info section is comprised of 4 tabs – Setup, Property, Website and Options. From here you can edit all of the property information including price, description, the website URL, layout of the website, and much more..
Setup:
Edit the property type, listing status, MLS number, the property address and price.
Property tab:
Edit the property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, lot size, garages, etc), the property financials (HOA dues, insurance, taxes), add a list of features, and the property links.
Website tab:
Edit the URL of your website, which is comprised of a Site Key and Domain. You can change the Site Key to anything you’d like. After, you can select a Domain from the drop down menu. Together, they create the URL for your website. For example: 123MainStreet.iHouseNet.com


Options tab:
From this tab, you can:
- Create a homeowner email and password (if you wish). Only supply Homeowner Login information if you WANT the homeowner to be able to login and maintain the property website. They will also be able to input showing information, request feedback and view the feedback.

- Add property notes
