Generate PDF

By clicking the Generate PDF button, you will have the option of turning off specific pages to your CMA. You also have the option if you want to include off-market data or not. If your CMA doesn’t include much SOLD data or SOLD data is not available in your area, you will want to use off-market data (make sure you have cleaned up this off-market data to be as accurate as possible).

In the near future, you will be able to edit these CMA pages to be more specific to your expertise and area.

• Click on Property
• Click on Saved CMAs
• Click on PDF icon

• After clicking on the PDF icon, you will be brought to a page that allows you to turn on/off pages for the CMA.
