The VIEW button allows you to view the results and edit the contents of the results. You can MOVE a property to a different category, you can EDIT and enter price adjustments so the comparable is more inline with the subject property. You will need to know your areas adjustment factors, like how much is an extra bedroom or to remove a bathroom value? How much does it cost to add or remove a pool since your home may or may not have one. You can add as many price adjustments as you wish to make the comparable more like the subject property.
When you EDIT a sold property, you can actually type in the price for which it sold, then make any price adjustments.
