My Texts

This feature allows you to customize a text code, as well as the message that goes with it.

Our dedicated Short Code is: 79564

You would create a custom text code. The consumer would send this text code as a message to our short code (the “phone number”) and receive back the information you added as a custom message.

To create a My Text:

• Leads tab on the left
• My Texts
• Add New
• Enter the text code you would like to use in the Text Code box (15 character max)
  • The custom text code cannot start with the same 7 characters as the property text code.  For example, if the property text code is AskJane, the custom code would be denied for AskJaneAnything.
• Enter the text response you would like to send in the Response box
• Save
