Property Flyers

We offer both Property Flyers and Neighborhood Flyers.

How to create Property Flyers:

• Click the Property tab on the left
• Properties
• Tool Icon
• Property Flyers

• Click Select a Design to choose a layout. We offer 10 different layouts that the photos, verbiage and color scheme can be edited for.

• Click on the verbiage or photos you wish to change

NOTE: Anything that appears in brackets like [TEXT] will automatically get filled in when you view and download the flyer. You do NOT have to edit or input this information.

• Next, click Edit Flyer Options to choose the color scheme.
• Click the color squares to find the colors of your choice
• Make sure to click the SAVE button on the top right
• Click View Site to download/print the flyer

• When you click View Site, it will open the ‘Brochure’ page on the property website so that you can download/print the flyer.

NOTE: Once you make changes to the flyer, you will need to manually update it moving forward. If you change the actual property description, it will NOT automatically update on the flyer. However, anything in brackets, like [TEXT] will automatically update.

Neighborhood Flyer:

The Neighborhood Flyer pulls in local businesses/facilities near the property. You can edit the radius and what types of facilities you want on the flyer.

• Property tab on the left
• Properties
• Tool Icon
• Property Flyers
• Neighborhood Flyers (on the left side of the screen)

From here, you can begin editing the flyer.

• To edit the verbiage, simply click your mouse down and type in the changes
• On the left, click any of the facilities to swap out what you want listed
• Click ‘What’s Nearby in 25 Miles’ to edit the radius, as well as the businesses within that radius
• Click Save on the top right
• View Site to download/print

If you have your own PDF flyer you would like added to the website that you can download/print at any time, you can upload it as well.

• Select Upload PDFs on the left side of the screen
