REFUND POLICY:

Membership refunds must be submitted to our team for review within 48 hours of the charge to our support team. Proof of charge may be requested by our staff at any time for further review. Requests for refunds after 48 hours of charge may result in decline of refund or further investigation by our team and is at our manager’s discretion.

Domain and SSL Certification Refunds are a case by case situation. If you feel you were charged by system error, we can investigate further and can make a decision based on the situation at hand. These refunds must be submitted within 24 hours for review.
