Specify Search Limits

Here you will define how close (or not close) the details for the comparables need to be. If you get very few or no comparables, the chances are your search criteria eliminated all the properties around it. Try loosening up the square footage or age of the home, and widen the search radius, and also make sure your MLS source is correct.

If you want to use specific properties for your CMA, you can type in the MLS number in the right side box. We will also use the search criteria on the left too, so if you do not want anything other than the MLS numbers you typed in, tighten the left side search criteria to exclude all other possible properties.

Once you have completed this screen click Generate button in top right.  Then you will see this message:
