A text code will automatically be assigned to each property website you create. When texted, the lead will receive a text back with instant information about the property such as price, bed/bath count, your phone number and the URL to the property website. You will be notified via email (or text if applicable) of the lead’s phone number and what property they are texting about.

If you need to edit/change your text code:
- Click on the Property tab on the left
- Properties
- Click on Tools in the bottom right for that property OR you can just click on the little mobile/smart phone icon right below the main photo for that property
- Click on Text Code (display & edit)
- Enter what you want the text code to be in the Current Text Code box
- Click Save
- If that text code is unavailable, it will tell you to try another.
- If the change is successful, you will see a ‘Success!’ button at the top
If you want to switch and re-use your text code (for example, from a sold property that you would like to keep in the system to a new property):
- Enter what you want the text code to be in the Current Text Code box
- Click Save
- You will get a message asking, “You are using this Text Code on another property. Do you want to switch Text Codes with that property?”
- If you want to proceed and switch the text codes, click the “Yes, switch them” button
- You will then see a ‘Success!’ btton at the top
