To upload Property Documents:

  • Click on the Property tab on the left
  • Properties
  • Tools icon in the bottom right corner of the property where you want to upload documents
  • Click on the “Documents” icon
  • Add New
  • Upload Files
  • Select the document from your files
  • Upload as many as you need, then click I’m Finished!

NOTE: The document will automatically be added under the More Info tab on the property website

If you want to add a title, description or password to your Document:

  • Click on the  icon next to the document
  • Add in a title, description and/or password and click Save My Changes

Add as many Documents as you would like from PDF’s to Excel Spreadsheets…

You can add:

  • HOA Documents
  • Inspection Disclosures
  • Architectural Plans
  • Rate Sheets
  • Community Information
  • Historical Data
  • MLS Information
  • Brochures
  • Other Marketing Material
  • ….etc.
