Thanksgiving 2012
Posted by DeAnna Gordon at Nov. 12, 2012
After several tough years, we’re now moving toward a more balanced real estate market. That’s good for buyers and sellers alike. Gone are the hyper-inflated prices of 2005 – good news for buyers – and the undervalued prices of recent years – good news for sellers. Selling and buying at fair prices means a stable market, and that’s something we can all be thankful for.
This Thanksgiving season, here are a few things for which I give thanks:
- Number of homes sales is up.
- Home prices are up.
- Interest rates are down.
- Inventory of houses is down.
- Days on market is down.
Most of all, I am thankful for YOU, my clients.
