Jupiter Area Home Prices Climb Higher and Higher

Since November 1st prices have been straight up

The median single family home price in the northern Palm Beach County region as of June 1st hits yet another high. Month after month prices have been climbing for over 200 days. Owning your own piece of paradise is not getting any less expensive. Every day prices are climbing. All signs are pointing to things really getting our of hand by the time our seasonal visitors return next year. Demand in the area continues to grow and supply continues to constrict. Without an overall economic economic meltdown prices really don't look to have anywhere else to go but up.

The median price of a single family home in the Jupiter area hit $386,000 as of June 1st and this is the highest number we have seen since 2007. Up another 3% just in the past 30 days. Up 15% since November. Truly an amazing run. To put things in perspective, today's median prices are about 30% higher than we had in 2003. Demand up, supply down and now here come the prices. We should have final sales numbers tomorrow but they were very, very strong during the month of May.
