Are you aware that there are properties THAT ARE NOT on the MLS? SC changed the law recently that, as long as a property STAYS in a brokerage ONLY it is legal to let in-house agents know seven (7) days in advance of the home going on the market.

I can get you the jump on a home becoming available when it's a home (of course) of the type your searching for. I cannot give you details until it is listed on the MLS which will be on an announced date, HOWEVER, We can be more productive in your search.
