Meet Rhonda Bowman

I became a licensed agent and Realtor in 2002.  Having previously worked in a real estate office as a Listing Secretary/Receptionist, I had heard a lot of people's complaints about real estate agents.  The most common complaint was that the agent wouldn't answer the phone or call them back.  It always puzzled me why any agent, who only gets paid when a property closes, would not answer or return calls!   Thus, when I got my license, it became my promise to myself and to my clients to always answer their calls when possible, and call them back as quickly as possible.  I received recognition in the local Board of Realtors "Million Dollar" Club my first year in business and every year since.  I believe that every transaction, whether a $20,000 sale or a $1m sale are of equal importance and the client deserves equal service.

In 2010 my husband and I opened our own company, Hometown Realty.  The economy was in terrible shape but we have grown and expanded beyond our wildest imagination.  We have grown to 4 offices currently:  Dallas (main office), Rockmart, Cedartown and Villa Rica.  Our company policy is that we offer a "Hometown Company & World Class Service".  Our agents are some of the best and highest producing in their areas of expertise.  Hometown and our agents are active in many local community and charity organizations and events.  In 2013, we purchased our current Dallas office located at 202 Hardee Street in Dallas.  This home was built in 1883 and has much historic charm and character as you can imagine.

I have served on the local Board of Realtors as President in 2013, Vice President 2012, Local Director, and on many various committees and events.

Areas that I work are;  Dallas, Hiram, Rockmart, Villa Rica, Temple, Douglasville, Winston, Cedartown, Aragon, Carrollton, Bremen, Buchanan, Waco, Bowdon, Taylorsville, Acworth, Powder Springs, Austell, Mableton, Kennesaw and other close surrounding areas.  If you are out of this area, give me a call and if I cannot help you, I will find you a great and qualified agent in the area in which you need assistance.

If you are looking for an agent who truly cares about what you want, listens to your questions and works to protect you every step of the way through the process of selling or buying a home, then call me and let me get to work for you.
