In January 2018, I joined Texas Premier Realty to take advantage of their lead generation capability with state of the art systems and technical support. My beginning in Real Estate in Central Texas was in 2001, after I left Dell for a more independent business environment. My sixteen years in Real Estate have been a constant endeavor to grow in knowledge, skills and personal relationships in residential real estate sales in the Austin Metropolitan Area. I began by taking Real Estate courses at the First Place Real Estate Academy and then entered a First Place Realty six month mentoring program to gain additional knowledge and expertise in real estate sales. In 2004 I joined Realty World, a Real Estate office in North Austin with rising sales opportunities. I was recruited to participate in the newly opened Texas Land & Homes Real Estate Brokerage in Leander in 2007++, where I enjoyed an open and independent work from home business I earned my e-Pro designation and expanded through referral and online internet marketing with numerous relocation from Taiwan, Ireland, California, Michigan, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Houston and Temple into the Austin Metropolitan Area.

Selected and implemented the MSA General Ledger system to improve the division accounting and reporting capabilities. Performed detailed corporate financial reporting of division revenue and operating expenses.
