Meet John Eric Stewart

I currently work as Independent Real Estate Abstractor for several Lawyers in North Charleston and Charleston but I once worked under the guidance of John Bennett, Jr. now deceased. I have had about 21 Hours of CLE, the NAILS course level 1. I have my Real Estate License and am a member of NAR & CTAR as a Realtor and am currently with Brand Name Real Estate. I am looking for a way into Real Estate. I am aware of the many things required for a smooth closings. I have worked with Developers in the past to clear land Title and currently have done more than 2,100 Title Searches in Dorchester, Berkeley and Charleston. I have lived in Charleston for almost 40 Years. I know how to navigate the MLS at CTAR. I love being a team player and group thought and exchange of ideas and look forward to Helping you in find your new home in charleston

I have worked as Title Abstractor in Dorchester, Berkeley, & Charleston Counties for 15 years and have prepared Deeds & Descriptions & Derivation & HUD Sheet (Soon to be abandoned). I have some working knowledge of Title insurance and will check to make sure everything is in  good order and all areas are checked

I also worked as a Pastry Chef for nearly 10 years at Normandy Farm Bakery and put myself and my wife through college. I learned the importance of good customer service.   I have some great recipes to share.

I have a Bachelors in Arts from the College of Charleston in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting that I received in 1993 and Associates degree from Johnson & Wales University in the Pastry Arts that I received in 1989.

I have Loss Mitigation Certificate (LMC) so I can work with you if you own a Potenial Short Sale or distress Property sale.
