Meet Kathy DuPree

As a Lowcountry native for over 54 years, I get so excited when I am able to help buyers and sellers in our area.  It really is a piece of paradise here and our real estate market is booming.  I have over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry and I know my way around whether in Charleston, James Island, Johns Island, Mt. Pleasant, West Ashley, Summerville, Goose Creek, Moncks Corner, and many more areas.  I take pride in my real estate practice as having the best of the best business relationships with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, homeowner's insurance companies, pest control companies, closing attorneys and other realtors.  I have been married to my husband for over 33 years and he is also a Lowcountry native for over 55 years.  My moto is "Forever grateful and thankful to serve buyers and sellers needs."
