Meet Mel Emery

I have over 20 years of experience in the industry of Real Estate. Currently, I run a private practice which includes sales and consulting in the residential, multi-family and commercial realms servicing MN and WI. I am known to work with investors, owner occupants and banks or asset management companies (auction assistance upon request for corporate clients). I am an active member of the St. Paul Area Association, and a former member of their housing committee, as well as a member of MNCAR (Commercial Association of Realtors) and NAR (National Association of Realtors). I offer a background of more than 2 years in finance including process and origination which helps me assist my clients in contract negotiation, credit repair, understanding RESPA & finance terms. My career has given me the opportunity own multiples properties for investment, as well as previously manage commercial/residential portfolios. I have expertise in acquisition and resale as well as new construction development.  I am known to assist investors through the rental process, including but not limited to, marketing, leasing, contract drafting, and eviction. I will consider fee-management contracts and do consulting for clients.  I have passed my MN Residential contractor exam and I am an approved HUD selling agent.
